Yup, we call it “Pickled Sushi”… and I bet it’s not exactly what you think it is.
We take dill pickles, dry them off, surround it in cream cheese, then wrap it with a ham slice and the kids go CRAZY!
There is never any left overs. They’re pretty good, and oh-so-simple.
Here we go!
- Ham (go for a country or premium ham that sticks together better than ham-off-the-bone)
- Cream Cheese
- Dill Pickles (any size)
- Dry off the pickles with a paper towel.
2. Wrap dill pickles in cream cheese using your hands.
3. Wrap the cream cheese pickles in ham slices
4. Then, chop them up!
5. Voila! Yummy snacks.
